At Sweet Shirts by Secret Boston, every item is made to order just for you. We want you to love your purchase, and we stand behind the quality of our products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with any manufacturing issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • A photo of the item

We will replace the item at no cost to you.

Returns & Exchanges

Because all items are custom made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Change of mind

Please double-check the size charts and product details before placing your order. If you’re unsure about fit, we’re always happy to help before you buy.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, we are unable to modify or cancel the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package:

  • First, check with neighbors, your building, or your local post office

  • If still missing, email us and we’ll help open a claim with the carrier
    Lost packages due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout are not eligible for free replacement.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only for items that:

  • Are damaged or defective

  • Do not match your order

  • Cannot be replaced due to stock or production issues

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once approved.
